Berliner Flaschenkonzert

The instruction for this project was to create a poster for a fictive event at the former Berlin Tempelhof Airport. After doing some research and strolling around the windy taxiway I noticed by accident that a musical tone emerged from my glass bottle. This inspired me to develop a rough concept for the “Berlin Bottle Concert”. Every participant was to use their bottle as an instrument at this event. The design was oriented towards psychedelic posters with their wavering shapes and it appears to be a little naïve to represent the casual character of the event. The illustrations were hand-drawn by me, scanned and then provided with an unobtrusive colour-gradient.
